OUR SERVICES

Selling your property

Everyone’s circumstances and reasons for selling are different. We start by getting to know your property, your situation and what you need from the sale.

01

Getting started

We request the information and documents needed to prepare your contract for sale, including the details for the front page. We also confirm whether you’re selling by auction or private treaty.

02

Preparing your contract

Tell us when your contract is needed. We prepare the contract and required documents, provide you with a copy and arrange for it to reach your agent in time for your sale campaign.

03

Requests for changes

Prospective buyers may ask for changes to the contract. We explain each request and seek your instructions before agreeing to amendments. This may also be the time when offers are received and negotiated.

04

Selling at auction

Agreed amendments need to be included in the contract used at auction. We work with you and your agent so the relevant documents and arrangements are ready before auction day.

05

Your property is sold

The final contract needs the buyer’s details, sale price and all negotiated terms. We check the documents and guide you through exchange and the steps required to complete settlement.

This guide is general information. We’ll explain the requirements and timeframes that apply to your property and circumstances.
