Understanding the authority to transfer
Depending on how the property is owned and the circumstances of the estate, a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration may be needed before an executor or administrator can deal with it. We explain the property transfer requirements and work with the estate’s solicitor where needed.
Handling the property documents
We prepare the necessary conveyancing documentation and arrange lodgement with NSW Land Registry Services. By working closely with executors, administrators and beneficiaries, we aim to make the property transfer as smooth and respectful as possible.
Personal support
Our role is to help you understand the next steps while giving you room to focus on what matters most. For probate, wills or broader estate advice, our resources page includes a solicitor contact.
