selling your property
selling your property can be a stressful process, everyone’s circumstance and reason to sell is different.
Landona Conveyancing understands the process of selling your property is never easy. We take great care from the beginning of the matter until the end. Our process starts by getting to know more about your property and your specific situation.
Beginning Stages
We will require some documentation at the beginning of the matter to assist us with the formation of your contract of sale. This will include documents that help us form the front page of your contract we will also need to know if your property is going to auction or being privately sold.
Contract Formation
You tell us when the contract is needed and leave it to us to have the contract distributed to the agent well in time. We will send yourself a copy of the contract before we do so.
Request for Changes
Once there is a complete contract, prospective buyers can request changes to the contract. Changes must be agreed to by the vendor, as your conveyancer these changes are always run past you for agreeance. This is also the time where offers can be made.
AND SOLD!
It is now time to finalise the contract! The contract must include the buyers details, sale price and any other negotiated terms.
Auctions
If sold at auction, the prospective buyers should have a copy of their request for changes or the agent will. This is then physically added to the contract of sale and the contract is signed by both parties and becomes legally binding.
